What actually happens during the evaluation, before any recommendation gets written.
On site evaluation
We start with a thorough on site review and cross reference what we see against your waste and recycling invoices. We also read the service contract, which usually explains charges that look inexplicable on the bill.
Data collection and analysis
Using what we gather, we assess your existing waste and recycling programmes. Surveys on site tell us how material is really handled day to day, which is where the improvable gaps show up.
Customised recommendations
We set out where costs can come down and where operations can be tidied up, with actionable recommendations written for your sites rather than generic advice about waste.
Monitoring and support
Once the changes are in, we track how the programme performs and stay your point of contact for anything waste related. Optimisation is not a one off exercise.
