Analysts, account managers, field surveyors and office staff all have somewhere to go from where they start. If you are good with detail and comfortable telling a client something they did not want to hear, you will do well here.

No site visit, no client and no deadline is worth someone getting hurt. If a job cannot be done safely we stop and fix that first.

Clients plan around what we tell them. Keeping our word is most of the job, and it is the thing we hire for above experience.
